Commission report

How to generate a commission report

To view, and print or save, a commission report on the booking system first log in by clicking on the ‘owners log in’ button at the top of any page on the Gael website.

Once you are logged in choose the ‘Rent Payments’ option on the menu as detailed below -

When on the rent payment screen filter the date range by entering a start date and end date for your report. You can do this by clicking on the calendar icons beside the date box. Our payment runs are fortnightly so the report range will usually be either 1st – 15th of the  month of the 15th to the end of the month. You can generate a report over any date range you wish.

When you have entered the date range click on the filter button to generate the report.

When you have the report on screen you can either click on the Acrobat pdf icon, to the right of the filter button, to generate a hard copy and either print this off or save it to your computer, or you can click on the excel icon to import a csv file into a spreadsheet. To drill down into specific booking information from a report click on the orange booking reference item number of any booking.

If you need a reminder sent of your log in password drop us a line and we will email this to you.
